GTD Infrastructure

Safety is the foundation of everything we do.

At GTD Infrastructure Services LLC, safety isn’t simply a requirement—it’s a responsibility we share every day. The work we perform demands skill, discipline, preparation, and constant awareness, and we believe no task is so urgent that it cannot be performed safely.

From transmission and distribution construction to substations, storm restoration, and field operations, our commitment is the same: protect our people, our partners, and the communities where we work.

Safety First. Every Person. Every Task. Every Day.

Our commitment to safety

  1. 01

    Safety starts with leadership

From executive leadership to field supervision, we are committed to creating an environment where safe decisions are supported, expected, and reinforced.

  2. 02

    Every employee has a voice

Every team member has the authority and responsibility to identify hazards, raise concerns, and stop work when conditions are unsafe.

  3. 03

Plan the work. Work the plan.

Effective job planning, hazard identification, job briefings, and clear communication are essential before work begins and throughout every project.

  4. 04

    Training & qualification

We invest in training, continuing education, and workforce development to ensure our employees have the knowledge and skills necessary to perform their work safely and professionally.

  5. 05

    Electrical safety excellence

Our teams maintain a disciplined approach to electrical hazards, including energized systems, minimum approach distances, grounding, isolation, insulation, and the proper use of PPE and protective equipment.

  6. 06

    Continuous improvement

Safety requires constant attention. We evaluate incidents, near misses, observations, and field conditions to identify opportunities to strengthen our practices and prevent future events.

Everyone goes home safe

Our goal extends beyond compliance. We are committed to building a culture where employees look out for one another, speak up when something isn’t right, and never compromise safety for production or schedule.

At GTD Infrastructure Services, safety is personal. Every decision matters, every employee has a role, and every successful project begins and ends with the well-being of our people.
