Field employees
FR clothing & safety footwear program
For field employees whose positions require flame-resistant (FR) clothing and protective footwear, the company provides an FR Clothing and Safety Footwear Allowance Program designed to ensure employees have access to appropriate, job-ready PPE while helping offset the cost of required workwear.
- Initial FR clothing allotment
- Eligible field employees receive an initial allotment of five (5) FR shirts and five (5) FR pants upon hire.
- Replacement allowance
- Every six (6) months, eligible employees may receive up to $350 toward replacement FR clothing to maintain serviceable, compliant workwear.
- Additional self-purchase options
- Employees may purchase additional FR clothing beyond the company-provided allotment and replacement allowance through the company’s designated program or vendor at the employee’s own expense, taking advantage of available company-negotiated pricing and approved FR options. Purchases may be paid for immediately by the employee, or payroll deductions may be available.
- Safety footwear allowance
- After completing one (1) year of employment, eligible field employees receive a $250 annual boot allowance toward approved safety footwear. The allowance renews annually thereafter, subject to continued eligibility and company program requirements.
All FR clothing and safety footwear used in the field must meet applicable company, client, and regulatory safety requirements. The program is intended to provide employees with the essential protective workwear they need while offering flexibility to purchase additional approved items based on individual preference and job needs.
