Storm activations on our long-term agreement territories take priority over planned work. We pre-negotiate storm rates inside the agreement, so paperwork never slows the response when the call comes.

Yes. We typically engage on hardening programs for 24 to 36 months with a fixed crew bench, and we deliver the cost-recovery documentation needed for regulator filings.

Substation
