- 01Safety is part of the schedule.We treat safety as the thing that protects the schedule, not the thing that competes with it. Our incident rate stays low because incidents hurt people first and projects second.
- 02Stop work is paid.If a crew member sees something wrong and calls a stop work, the company pays for the time. There is no cost to anyone in the field for pausing work that does not look right.
- 03Training happens on company time.All safety training and certifications — OSHA, first aid, CPR, energized-line work, industry certifications — happen on company time and are fully reimbursed.
- 04Audited, not just claimed.Three independent safety audit services — ISN, Avetta, and BROWZ — check our data continuously. We submit the records and let them verify. Numbers without an audit are just claims.
